HQ · Module 8 of 8
Run the org
The organization behind the campaign: workspaces, real team roles, volunteer logins, transparent billing, and your data — exportable any time, up to 50,000 rows per table, because it’s yours.
Workspaces & Team
What is it
Campaigns, clients and races as separate workspaces under one login, with real roles — owner, admin, staff, volunteer, read-only — enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface.
How it helps your campaign
A consultant runs six races and a campaign has a comms director who should not see the donor file. Roles that are actually enforced are what lets both be true at once.
Volunteer Logins
What is it
Volunteers get their own stripped-down console for texts, calls, doors and GOTV, and nothing else — not the donor CRM, not the strategy room, not the filings. Their work logs under their name.
How it helps your campaign
A phone-bank volunteer is inside your organization for the evening. The boundary between them and your donor list should be a wall the software enforces, not a norm everyone remembers.
Library
What is it
Everything the campaign has ever made — every design, clip, voiceover, release, post and list — in one browsable grid, still there in October.
How it helps your campaign
Assets get made, get used once, and get lost in somebody’s downloads folder. The mail piece from June is the starting point for the mail piece in October, if you can find it.
Plan & Billing
What is it
Your plan, your invoices and your usage in the app, changeable without an email to anyone. Payment runs through Stripe Checkout — you never enter a card inside the app.
How it helps your campaign
Software you cannot cancel without a phone call is software that does not respect you. Upgrade, downgrade and cancel are buttons.
Export Your Data
What is it
Your contacts, donors, contributions, field work, events, messages and history, out in one file, any time — up to 50,000 rows per table, with larger extracts on request.
How it helps your campaign
It is your data. The test of that claim is whether you can leave with it, so we make leaving a button rather than a support ticket.
