Terms of Service

Effective date: June 30, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Renegade Creative ("Renegade Intel," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the Renegade Intel application and website (the "Service"). By creating an account, checking the box to accept these Terms, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use Renegade Intel

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a campaign, committee, organization, or firm, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" includes that entity.

2. What Renegade Intel is — and what it is not

Renegade Intel is an AI-powered strategic assistant built on decades of political campaign experience. It provides general strategic information and, on eligible plans, the ability to reach a human consultant.

Renegade Intel does not provide legal, financial, accounting, tax, or other licensed professional advice, and is not a substitute for a licensed attorney, accountant, or compliance professional. AI responses may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong, and you are responsible for independently verifying anything you rely on. We do not guarantee any campaign result, election outcome, fundraising figure, or other performance.

3. Elections law and non-partisanship

The Service is non-partisan and is offered to candidates and organizations across the political spectrum. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws — including federal, state, and local election, campaign-finance, disclosure, advertising, and anti-spam laws — in everything you do with the Service. Nothing the Service outputs is a legal determination of what is permitted in your jurisdiction.

4. Your account

Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@renegadeintel.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Plans and prices. Paid plans (currently Operative, Kitchen Cabinet, and War Cabinet) are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Current prices are shown in the app.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew each month and your payment method is charged each cycle until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges.
Cancellation. You may cancel anytime from "Manage subscription" in the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; it takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods.
Changes. We may change prices or plan features on a going-forward basis; we will give reasonable notice, and changes apply at your next renewal.
Taxes. Prices exclude taxes, which you are responsible for where applicable.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the Service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent;
upload another person's private, confidential, or personal data without a lawful basis to do so;
attempt to access other users' data, or the Service's systems, without authorization;
scrape, resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as your own;
use the Service to generate unlawful content, harassment, or disinformation; or
interfere with or overload the Service, or circumvent usage limits or security.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Your content and AI outputs

Your inputs. You retain ownership of the questions, files, images, audio, and other content you submit ("Inputs"). You grant us a limited license to process your Inputs solely to operate and provide the Service to you (including sending them to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy to generate responses).
Outputs. Subject to these Terms, you may use the responses the Service generates ("Outputs") for your campaign. Outputs are provided "as is"; similar Outputs may be generated for other users.
Responsibility. You are responsible for your Inputs and for how you use Outputs, including review for accuracy and legal compliance before relying on or publishing them.

8. Third-party AI providers

To generate responses, the Service sends your Inputs to third-party AI providers acting as our service providers. How those providers handle data, including the optional DeepSeek model, is described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the independent acts of third parties, but we choose providers with the intent of protecting your data as described there.

9. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, branding, "Renegade" and "Renegade Intel" marks, the underlying persona and prompts, and all related materials, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per these Terms. You get no other rights.

10. Confidentiality and your data

We treat your Inputs as confidential and we do not sell your personal information or your chats. Our handling of your data — what we collect, how it is used, the providers involved, retention, and your choices — is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Outputs will be accurate or reliable. AI systems can produce incorrect or fabricated information.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, VOTES, OR ELECTION OUTCOMES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renegade Creative and its owners and personnel from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Inputs, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) survive termination.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, in-app or by email). Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not otherwise resolved, and you consent to venue there.

17. Text messaging program (SMS)

Renegade Intel operates a recurring text messaging program. Participation is entirely optional and is never a condition of purchasing anything or of using the Service.

How you join. You join by entering your mobile number and checking the unchecked consent box on our public opt-in form at https://app.renegadeintel.com/sms-optin. By doing so you give your express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing and account-notification text messages from Renegade Intel at the number you provide.

Messages you will receive. Account notifications (sign-in and account activity); setup and delivery confirmations, such as when a campaign finishes sending; and product updates, news, and promotional offers.

Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Renegade Intel does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one confirmation that no further messages will be sent. Reply START to rejoin.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or email hello@renegadeintel.com.

Your data. Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy at https://www.renegadeintel.com/privacy.

Supported carriers. Carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and others are supported. Carrier support may change without notice.
