What we sell · how it works · why it's different

A category of one, built for the whole campaign.

What we sell
One operating system, one login.
Campaigns today rent six or more point tools — a CRM here, a texting vendor there, a design subscription, an email platform — and none of them talk to each other. Renegade sells one thing: the operating system that runs strategy, voters, texting, email, field, fundraising, and creative together, with AI wired through all of it.
How it solves the problem
One voter record. One loop.
Every door knock, text reply, email open, and donation lands on the same voter record. The Daily Plan turns yesterday's results into today's priorities — so the data you collect actually changes what your campaign does next. No exports, no CSV shuffling, no gaps between vendors.
Why we're unique
We left the red ocean.
Political software competes tool-by-tool, party-by-party, behind quote-only pricing. We built where they aren't: nonpartisan by design, pricing published on the internet, AI-native from the first line of code, and priced so a city-council race can afford what a Senate race uses. Point tools compete on features. We compete on the connections between them.
One campaign. One intelligence loop.

Your opponent launches an ad. Here's what happens next.

Renegade isn't many features. It's one loop — see it, understand it, act on it, learn from it — and every module feeds the next.

01
Renegade sees it.
Ad Spy flags the new ad in your district — monitoring refreshes every day, hourly inside the final two weeks.
02
Renegade understands it.
Intelligence reads the message, the geography, and the spend behind it.
03
Renegade recommends the move.
The Daily Plan puts a response on tomorrow morning's list — with the evidence and the reasoning, not just an instruction.
04
Your team creates the response.
Draft the counter-text, the email, and the walk-list talking points in Studio — in your voice.
05
Renegade finds the audience.
Cut the universe: persuadable voters in the precincts the ad is hitting, not contacted in the last 10 days.
06
The campaign acts.
Text it, email it, knock the doors, make the calls.
07
Renegade learns.
Every reply, door result, and opt-out lands back in the CRM and the campaign's memory.
08
Tomorrow improves.
The next Daily Plan already knows what worked.
The AI layer

A campaign manager that reads your numbers before you wake up.

The Daily Plan
Every morning, a prioritized plan built from your own doors, lists, donors and calendar — with the reasoning behind each move and yesterday's unfinished work carried forward.
The Morning Brief
A brief written from your campaign's real numbers — and it says so plainly when there isn't anything to report yet.
Organization Memory
Decisions, corrections, and lessons stay with the campaign, not in one staffer's head.
Shows its work
Every recommendation separates what was observed, what was inferred, and what's being recommended — so you can judge it like you'd judge a staffer's memo. An accuracy gate checks factual answers against live sources, and the AI is instructed to say when it can't verify.

For the big calls

Put the question to the whole cabinet.

Several frontier AIs answer the same question at once — each labeled with the model that actually wrote it, synthesized into one verdict. When advisors disagree, you see the disagreement.

Access leading frontier AI models from multiple providers. The model picker comes with Kitchen Cabinet and War Cabinet; on Operative you chat with Claude.

Hey Carlos. On War Cabinet, escalate a question to a real strategist — Carlos Sierra reads it and replies personally.

Campaign websites

Designer websites. Pick one — our team builds and hosts it.

Every template is a real, live site — nonpartisan designs for any candidate, any party, any level. Choose one and Renegade's team brands it to your campaign, wires the signup forms into your CRM, and hosts it for you. Included with Kitchen Cabinet and War Cabinet.

What Renegade consolidates

The tool sprawl ends here.

A typical campaign duct-tapes together a voter CRM, a texting vendor, an email platform, a field app, a design subscription, a research service, opponent monitoring, an AI chatbot, and a spreadsheet of analytics. Renegade brings those workflows into one operating system — and replaces the separate point solutions where it's ready to.

Questions campaigns actually ask

FAQ

Why not just use a general AI chatbot?
A chatbot doesn't know your doors, your donors, or your precincts. Renegade's AI reads your campaign's real numbers, keeps institutional memory, and turns analysis into action — a text blast, a walk list, a call queue — in the same system.
Can I use my own voter file?
Yes — import it once and every tool cuts from it, de-duped automatically. It stays yours and exports anytime.
Does Renegade actually send my texts and emails?
Yes. Email sends through managed infrastructure with one-click unsubscribe and automatic suppression. Texting sends after your committee's one-time carrier registration — allow 1–3 weeks; built-in workflows walk you through it.
Can volunteers use it?
Yes — volunteers get their own console limited to texting, calling and doors, enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface.
Does it replace VAN?
It consolidates the voter CRM, targeting, field, and communications work campaigns usually spread across several vendors. Where a workflow isn't ready, we say so on the platform page.
Which AI models do I get?
Leading frontier models from multiple providers. Operative chats with Claude; Kitchen Cabinet adds the model picker; War Cabinet convenes several models on one question. DeepSeek (China-based) is off unless you explicitly opt in.
What happens to my campaign data?
It's yours. Row-level security keeps every account limited to its own data — enforced at the data layer and tested against production every 4 hours. We don't sell it and we don't share it across campaigns.
Can a local campaign afford this?
Plans start at $500/month with public pricing and no contract theater — less than most consultants bill for a week.
