The Chat Console

A 24/7 campaign consultant you can ask anything — strategy, drafts, tough calls. Depending on your plan, you can route your question to any of five AI models (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, and DeepSeek), each answering as your Renegade strategist.

The model picker appears on Kitchen Cabinet and War Cabinet plans. On the Operative plan you chat with Claude. DeepSeek is off until you tap + DeepSeek and accept the notice (it's run by a China-based company; your messages to that model may be processed on servers in China).

1. Type your question in the message box and hit the → send button — or tap the mic to talk instead (web).
2. To switch advisors, tap a model chip above the message box. Each model keeps its own separate thread in the conversation.
3. Tap + to attach a photo, PDF, audio, or video. For audio and video you'll get a Transcribe & analyze button.
4. Under any answer, tap a one-tap follow-up like Make it shorter or Give me 3 versions.
5. Use ⧉ Copy to grab the text, or ☆ Save to keep it.

• Ask the same question to two models and compare — they don't always agree.
• Regenerate reruns the last answer in place if the first take missed.

Channels

Persistent rooms for each part of the campaign — like Slack channels, but each one is an ongoing conversation with your consultant that remembers its own history.

1. In the left sidebar (or on the home screen grid), pick a channel: Mailers, District, Messaging, Fundraising, Digital Ads, Field & GOTV, Press & Media, or Debate Prep.
2. An empty channel offers three starter questions written for that topic — tap one, or just ask your own.
3. Come back anytime: the channel reopens right where you left off.
4. To make your own, tap + New channel (web), name it — "Yard Signs," "Endorsements," whatever — and it gets its own icon and permanent spot in the sidebar.

• Keep each subject in its channel so the thread stays useful — your mailer drafts don't get buried under debate prep.
• One-off questions can go in a regular + New conversation; those show up under RECENT and can be deleted with ✕.

War Cabinet (Council Mode)

Asks every live AI model your question at the same time, then Claude synthesizes the room into one combined recommendation — and flags where the advisors disagree. You get the verdict plus what each advisor said.

This is a War Cabinet plan feature. DeepSeek only joins the cabinet if you've opted in. There's a monthly fair-use cap since each question fires five models at once.

1. In the model row above the message box, tap the purple War Cabinet chip.
2. Ask your question and send.
3. Read the synthesis at the top — that's the room's combined advice.
4. Scroll to "What each advisor said" to see every model's individual take.
5. Tap any single-model chip to drop back to one-on-one mode.

• Save the cabinet for the decisions that matter — message strategy, how to respond to an attack, where to spend. It's overkill for "fix this sentence."
• Disagreement between advisors is the signal. When they split, that's where your judgment earns its keep.

Hey Carlos

Escalates your question to Carlos Sierra — the human. He reads it and replies personally, usually within 24 hours, right in the same conversation. This is a real person answering, not AI.

"Hey Carlos" is a War Cabinet plan perk.

1. Type your question in the message box as usual.
2. Instead of sending, tap Hey Carlos (next to the Prompts button above the input bar).
3. You'll see confirmation that it went to Carlos.
4. His answer lands in this same conversation — check back within a day.

• Use it for the calls AI shouldn't make alone: whether to go negative, a personnel problem, a "should I even run" moment.
• Attach an audio or video file first and you'll also see a Send to Carlos button — that sends the clip itself for his personal review.

The Daily Plan

Your AI campaign manager. It reads your real campaign data and builds today's prioritized to-do list on two tracks — the Campaign (doors, phones, texts, social, press) and the Money (fundraising) — with the reasoning behind every item and a button that opens the exact tool that clears it.

Set your election date in HQ → Workspaces so the plan phases itself — persuasion early, turnout at the end. It shows your phase and days out (Build, Final push, GOTV window, Turnout blitz).

1. Open The Daily Plan from the big card on the home screen.
2. Tap Generate to build today's plan. Read Today's Focus — the one-line thesis for the day.
3. Work the list. Tap Do it → on any item to jump straight into the right tool.
4. Tap ✓ Done as you finish; Dismiss what doesn't apply. Unfinished items carry to tomorrow with a ↩ YESTERDAY badge.
5. Add your own tasks with the add-a-task box — pick Campaign or Fundraising track.

• DO FIRST badges mark the urgent items — clear those before lunch.
• Check Opponent Watch: it shows your opponent's active ads and spend, week-over-week shifts, and whether they've gone dark.

Morning Brief & Needs You Today

Two quick reads on the home screen. The morning brief is your consultant's take on where the campaign stands today, built from your live data. "Needs You Today" surfaces counts of things waiting on you — unanswered texts, pending RSVPs, calls to make — each card opens the tool to handle it.

1. On the home screen, tap ✦ Brief me — where do we stand today?
2. Read the brief; tap ↻ Refresh brief anytime for an updated read.
3. Below it, scan the NEEDS YOU TODAY cards (they only appear when something actually needs you). Red-bordered cards are urgent.
4. Tap a card to jump straight into the tool where the work is.

• New campaign? Work the Get your campaign set up checklist first — it tracks real progress and disappears when you're done.

Saved Answers

A keep pile for answers worth holding onto — a message script, a plan, a piece of copy. Saved answers live in one drawer you can reach from anywhere.

1. Under any answer in chat, tap ☆ Save. It flips to ★ Saved.
2. To review your pile, tap ★ Saved in the top bar (web).
3. In the drawer, tap ⧉ Copy to grab the text for pasting anywhere, or Remove to clear it out.

• Save the final version, not every draft — the drawer works best as your greatest hits, not a second inbox.
• Saved answers are stored on the device/browser you saved them from.

Call Your Strategist

A live, hands-free voice call with your AI strategist — you talk, it talks back, like a phone call. Every call is transcribed and saved so what you decided isn't lost when you hang up.

Voice calls run on the web app. Your browser will ask for microphone permission — allow it.

1. Open Call Strategist from the Intelligence shelf on the home screen.
2. Tap Start call and allow the mic when your browser asks.
3. Talk it through — pace the room, think out loud, ask follow-ups. It's a conversation, not a form.
4. Hang up when you're done. The transcript saves automatically.
5. Reopen the panel anytime to read past call transcripts.

• Great for windshield time before an event: talk through your stump speech or the night's tough questions hands-free.
• If a call drops, don't worry — what was said up to that point still gets saved.

Prompt Library

A library of vetted, fill-in-the-blank prompts organized by campaign area — Message & Strategy, Direct Mail, Fundraising, Field & GOTV, Press & Media, Debate & Tough Questions, and more. Tap one and it drops into your message box ready to customize.

1. On the home screen, tap "Not sure what to ask? Browse the prompt library" — or tap Prompts above the message box during any chat.
2. Pick a category chip across the top.
3. Browse the prompts; tap Use → on the one you want.
4. It lands in your message box with [BRACKETED BLANKS] — replace them with your details (your district, your opponent, your issue).
5. Send.

• The Vet Myself (Oppo) category is worth a run early — find your own vulnerabilities before your opponent does.
• Fill in every bracket. The more specific your details, the sharper the answer.
